NO OVEN / NO EGG CAKE IN A PAN
Step 1 - Add 1 cup of castor sugar & 1 cup vegetable oil in a bowl and whisk till you get the perfect consistently like me.
Step 2- The collect your dry ingredients together 2 coups flour (maida) 4 Tbsp coco powder , 2 Tbsp Baking powder , 1 Tbsp Baking soda
Step 3 - Add to drops of vanila essence in your wet ingredients mixture & whisk it well.
Step 4 - Add your dry ingredients slowly in the wet ingredients mixture and slowly add milk ,
remember it's important to flod the butter
Slowly for smooth texture
Step 5 - one your better is ready in a pan grease it well, and pour the batter .
Step 6 -* most important part * you have to place your pan in another pan to avoid direct
heating ( it's better to cooking On the stove rather than the induction Process is faster )
Note , keep checKing for water after sometime it important to keep adding water and let your cake cook for 45 min.Time many
Very depending on your pan size .( do the toothpick chek)
